
Preparing Sprinters This Spring for a High School Season
What is typically a challenge for any high school track season is getting athletes in sufficient shape to do intense sprint training to prepare for competitions in the sprints, jumps, and hurdles. The most challenging aspect being that the season likely will start three and a half weeks or so from the first day of practice and those not in sufficient shape are at risk for injury if competing. Ideally the coaches should have information in advance as to who is already in prett
